These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AIRAS, a wholly owned subsidiary of GPT Protocol Ltd. ("AIRAS," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to AI-powered asset management solutions, blockchain infrastructure services, smart contract deployment and management, real-world asset tokenization, and data analytics and reporting tools (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or otherwise using our Services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by all of the provisions herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All content, features, functionalities, and other materials provided as part of the Services are the exclusive property of AIRAS, GPT Protocol Ltd., and/or their licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

If you believe that a charge is incorrect or fraudulent, you must notify us in writing within thirty (30) days of the charge. Failure to provide such notification may result in a waiver of any rights to dispute the charge.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall AIRAS or GPT Protocol Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIRAS, GPT Protocol Ltd., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services.

9. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Arab Emirates.

11. Fraud Prevention and Claims Protection

AIRAS maintains a strict policy against fraudulent practices. Any attempt to defraud is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIRAS. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. No waiver of any term shall be effective unless in writing.
